The senior footballers travelled to Randalstown last Sunday for their second match of the season. They put in a great first half performance and at half time held a one point advantage 0-4 to 0-3. We had the Tir na nOg boys under pressure but in the second half they produced some outstanding football and gradually took control of the match. Two goals proved to be the killer leaving us with a mountain to climb. Despite the defeat there were promising signs that we are getting the right shape within the team and with a good blend of youth and experience we can look forward to a busy few weeks of games.
