The senior footballers travelled to Glenavy to take on Naomh Seosamh in their final league outing of the season. There was nothing really at stake for either team, and with both teams set to renew rivalries in the group stages of the Intermediate Football Championship, neither team seemed to be giving too much away in terms of tactics.
In a low scoring affair, neither side reached any great heights but Naomh Seosamh were better on the evening and took the win 0-9 to 0-4.
It’s now onto the championship with Pádraig Sáirseil our first group game on 31 Iúil 2024 at the Bear Pit with a 7.15pm throw in.
