The U15 hurlers came up against an excellent Ruairi Óg/Naomh Uile team at Páirc Mhic Dháibhéid on Tuesday night.
We gave a great account of ourselves and midway through the first half led 0-3 to 0-2 but as the game progressed Ruairi Óg/Naomh Uile asserted themselves and despite our never say die battling qualities we found it difficult to repel their attack and they ran out deserving winners.
It’s onwards and upwards to the next game for this great bunch of hurlers.
